PLEASE NOTE:

NEWSLETTER SET-UP DESIGN FEE: $200

INCLUDES:

Creation of up to 2 custom MailChimp templates.
Development of 3-5 sections tailored to client needs, potentially featuring custom title graphics or varied paragraph and image styles.
Integration of company information for response handling.
Linking social media accounts in all newsletter footers.
Establishment of a branding palette including fonts, colors, spacing, dividers, etc.
Importation and labeling of contact list(s).

MONTHLY NEWSLETTER: $150

WHAT WE DO:

Craft an engaging newsletter using your branded MailChimp template.
Develop captivating subject lines and preview text to draw in readers.
Add in provided content to custom blocks. (We can incorporate your personal photos or stock photos to align with your branding.)
Incorporate compelling call-to-action (CTA) prompts and active links throughout the entire email to guide reader activity.
Send out a 'Preview Email' for revisions. (Limited to 2 main revision emails for efficiency, unless it's errors on our part.)
Distribute the final email to all participants. (We can also send to select lists based on your preference.)
Conduct monthly imports of new contacts and/or contact lists with labels for ongoing database growth.
Manage the contact list by removing unsubscribers, keeping costs minimal.
Update any incorrect emails or information. (You'll need to provide us with updated details.)
Provide monthly reports detailing key metrics like click-through rates, open rates, unsubscribe numbers, etc.
