About Cait.
Meet Caitlin “Cait” Montoya, Founder and CEO of Get Social With Cait, the creator behind Boise Socialite, and a social media strategist, educator, speaker, and professional people-person.
With more than a decade of experience in social media, marketing, and community building, Cait has built her career around one thing: connection. She knows social media is more than likes, followers, and whatever the algorithm decided to do that day. It’s the modern-day handshake, and when used well, it can turn businesses from unseen to unstoppable.
In 2021, Cait took a leap of faith and founded Get Social With Cait. What started as a way to help businesses feel more confident online has grown into an all-women agency supporting brands through social media management, coaching, hands-on classes, website design, and speaking. Cait has shared her knowledge with thousands of people across multiple states, helping everyone from small business owners to established teams make social media feel simpler, more strategic, and a whole lot less overwhelming.
Her work has also earned recognition throughout Idaho. In 2026, Cait was named an Idaho Business Review Women of the Year honoree and one of Idaho Business Review’s Accomplished Under 40, recognizing her leadership, professional success, and impact on the community.

Honors & Achievements

Building More Than a Business
Outside of Get Social With Cait, Cait is the face behind Boise Socialite, where she shares the restaurants, businesses, events, and people that make the Treasure Valley worth talking about. What started as a passion for supporting local has grown into another way Cait connects people with businesses and experiences throughout the Boise community.
And while social media may be a big part of Cait’s world, she’s always believed the best connections happen beyond the screen, too. She’s passionate about supporting local businesses, building community, advocating for mental health awareness, and being open about her own journey with ADHD.
When she’s not teaching a class, brainstorming with her team, or filming content, you’ll probably find Cait trying a new Boise restaurant, ordering a good cocktail, spending time with her husband Skylar, or finding yet another reason to get out and explore Idaho.
Through all of it, Cait keeps things relatable, a little bold, and never too serious. Because business can be professional without being boring, and social media should still feel social.
