Junior Account Executive

Location: Meridian, Idaho (Kiln Building)
Hours: Part-time (15–25 hours/week), with opportunity to move to full-time after 90 days.

Are you a creative go-getter who lives on Instagram and has a knack for Canva and Reels? We’re looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our fast-growing social media team. This is a great role for someone who’s passionate about content, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a full-time position after a 90-day probationary period.

What You’ll Do:

Help plan and execute creative social media content for multiple clients
Create and edit Reels (no, we don’t expect Spielberg, just someone who knows their way around transitions and trending audio)
Draft engaging, on-brand captions that educate, entertain, or inspire
Stay up to date on current trends, sounds, and memes (yes, really, that’s part of the job!)
Attend photo/video shoots to assist with behind-the-scenes content

What We’re Looking For:

You’ve got experience using Canva to update social media graphics
You know how to create Instagram Reels
You’re organized, creative, and love a good checklist
You’re a natural communicator (written and verbal) and love building relationships
Bonus if you’ve worked in a marketing, content, or agency setting before
