Get Social With Cait is growing, and we’re looking for a full time Account Executive who knows social media, loves creating content, and can help multiple client brands show up online with personality and purpose.
Position Details:

Full time position starting at $20 per hour

In office to start, with hybrid opportunity available after the first 45 days

What You'll Do:
Manage Accounts + Client Strategy:

Oversee multiple client accounts
-
Organize content calendars in Notion
-
Post content organically across platforms
-
Engage through comments, messages, and DMs
-
Help build client content strategies
-
Pitch new ideas based on trends, client goals, and what’s performing
-
Track what content is working
-
Send client check ins and updates
-
Build strong client relationships
-
Collaborate with the team on brand direction
Create Content:
-
Write captions in each client’s brand voice
-
Film content with an iPhone
-
Create and edit Reels
-
Use Canva as needed for simple content support
-
Attend photo and video shoots
-
Stay current on platform updates and social media trends
What We're Looking For:
Skills + Experience

Strong understanding of Instagram

Familiarity with Notion

Comfortable using Canva

Able to edit Reels and short form video
-
Comfortable filming content with an iPhone

Strong writing skills

Ability to adapt to different brand voices
