Pottery, Paint, and Team Time

For our June team outing, the Get Social With Cait crew traded content calendars and computer screens for paintbrushes and pottery at Hot Spot Studios in Meridian.
Each team member got to choose a pottery piece, select their colors, and create a design of their own. Some of us knew exactly what we wanted to paint, while others picked colors and figured it out as we went.
Our pottery choices included a pie dish, serving tray, salt container, mushroom, donut bowl, and spoon rest.
Once everything was painted, glazed, and fired, we loved seeing how the final pieces turned out.
Every piece was completely different and felt perfectly fitting for the person who made it.
More than anything, it was a chance to slow down, catch up, and enjoy time together outside the office.
We spend so much of our week collaborating on client work, filming content, and managing busy schedules, so we always appreciate the opportunity to hang out without an agenda.

We spent the afternoon painting, chatting, and checking out everyone’s pottery choices. It was a simple and fun way to spend time together while supporting another local Meridian business.
Our June outing at Hot Spot Studios was relaxing, colorful, and just a little messy. We left with new memories and some pretty cute pottery to show for it!
